5 Star-Tranquil Modern Oasis in the Desert!

This lovely home is designed for families and business travelers seeking a an oasis in the desert. This is not a party home. 3 bedrooms, each with their own new modern bath. Spacious living areas, updated kitchen has granite & all stainless appliances. Enjoy new comfortable mattresses & fine linens. Entire back of the house offers views of the backyard & sparkling swimming pool.
Modern furnishings, glowing hardwood floors & shutters throughout. 3 Samsung Smart TV’s with Hulu +Showtime and Apple TV in living room. Coded entry, high speed internet, 2 car garage. Kids & pets have access to part of the yard sectioned off from pool area. Great West El Paso location tucked away on a private cul-de-sac street. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Each bedroom is independent from the others, making it perfect for couples or families staying together wanting a bit of privacy.

$50 pet fee per pet and $250 cleaning fee will be charged for excess pet hair. Linens must be used to protect furniture.

Don’t hesitate to inquire about any special requests including those for your dogs. PLEASE NO PARTIES, we have a 2 car and 8 person maximum.

Need to sleep 8? No problem we will setup an air mattress for an additional $20 per night. Please inquire.

Why they chose this property

We loved the secluded location that's mins from all the best the westside has to offers as well as the hardwood floors, somewhat private backyard and unique & open layout with glass doors lining the entire house & backyard. A pool is must in the summer!

What makes this property unique

Protect-A-Child pool fencing can be completely removed in the summer months for those wanting to enjoy an open backyard. Just ask!
