Located in the heart of Port Orange your family will be close to everything.. only a short 5 mile drive to the beach, The International Speedway for NASCAR fans, or the Daytona Beach International Airport. Shopping, Target, Walmart, Publix and many restaurants are all nearby. Check out The Pavilion for more shopping and dining options.

This is a very family-friendly three-bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus bonus room home.

Enjoy cooking? The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Primary Bedroom (King bed) with ensuite and private entry to the pool deck! (TV)

Second bedroom: Queen bed with Futon and pack-n-play

Third bedroom: Full over twin bunk bed, children’s work area, children’s books, and toys.

Bonus room: Queen size Murphy bed, designated work space, iron and ironing board.

The backyard has a large private pool, a playground for the kids, hammock, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a rice cooker, a coffee pot, cutting boards, baking sheets, toaster, and casserole dishes.

Inside the house you will have board games, cards, toys for the kids ages toddler and up.

**The pool does not have an enclosure and debris does tend to fall in the pool. Please be aware that there will likely be leaves or other parts of nature and natural debris in the pool. It is safe to swim with leaves in the pool.

It is highly unlikely that issues such as feces or cigarette butts would have been overlooked.
