Very well cleaned. Pool needs resurfaced soon. Couldn’t hook up to regular TV channels, Such as ABC, CBS and NBC.

Quiet but close to everything

This house was everything we needed. It was in a central area; close to a Walmart, many restaurants and gas stations and everything else but the development was also quiet and the fenced in yard made everything feel private. The beds were comfortable, we liked how the kitchen, dining area and sitting area all connected so we could all cook and connect and hangout. The pool was great. It was only a 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach and less than 20 to New Smyrna so we went to both throughout the week. Very comfortable for a week long stay.

Beautiful place super clean super awesome host! We had an issues with the bedroom lights not working and he personally came out and got it fixed in a quickly manner! I would highly recommend the place and the area! Our daughter absolutely loved the pool!

Relaxing trip

We stayed during our trip to Rockville and it was nice to come back and unwind. The pool is a great spot to relax, The neighborhood was quiet. We will look to stay here again next year.

Absolutely loved staying in this cozy home in a nice neighborhood. Convenient location to everything. Loved having our own private pool. The house was clean and has been well maintained. We are planning to stay there again in December.

Nice house, I was impressed with the amount of wash clothes on property, most VRBO’s have about 4. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool, decent home, could use some work, but nothing horrible. There was a half used jar of Vaseline kids found under the master bed . Great communication by hosts. Would recommend the house.
