We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location walkable to beaches and heritage trail - it’s more removed from the bigger resorts so you don’t feel the mass of humanity stepping out your door.

The location of the unit we stayed in was so wonderful…Po’ipu Beach so close by, and it really is a beautiful area including the grounds of the Kōloa Kai resort. Parking was easy and the location was perfect for the plans we had during our stay. Communication with our hosts was also top notch. I really appreciated the responsiveness and kindness that was extended to us. The unit itself was nicely furnished and had the perfect aloha vibe. Unfortunately, the unit has a really off-putting musty smell. It was bad enough that it caused me some minor upper respiratory issues, and all of my clothes came home smelling musty…the smell didn’t wash out after the first washing attempt. For this reason, I can’t honestly recommend staying in this unit. That being said, we loved everything else about our stay there. I hope that the issue can be addressed so that future guests can enjoy it to its full potential.

We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai! The condo was clean and had more than enough towels, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. They even provided umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. These were great for the easy walk down to Brennecke and Poipu beaches!

Great proximity to beaches

Within walking distance to several Poipu beaches and was quiet. Property is clean and communication was easy and responsive with both the hosts and managing company. Downstairs bedrooms were comfortable each having their own a/c. Upstairs did stay warmer than downstairs.
