Our 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom modern mountain home sits on 2 acres and was custom built in 2023 with a private hot tub and stunning views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains is only 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 24 miles from historic downtown Durango.

The luxurious, modern design and furnishings guarantee a high-end mountain living experience. While close to Purgatory Ski Resort and a plethora of outdoor activities, the home offers privacy and seclusion and has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental—a private hot tub, outdoor gas fire pit, covered deck with great views and comfy furniture, super fast Starlink WIFI, gas fireplace, BBQ grill and games.

The 4th bedroom services also serves as the media room with a TV and a Pac-Man arcade game.

Master Bedroom - King and attached bathroom (Main Level)
2nd Master Bedroom - King and attached bathroom (2nd Floor)
3rd Bedroom - 2 Single over Queen Bunks (2 Floor)
4th Bedroom/Media Room - Queen Pull-Out Sofa (2nd Floor)

The home is NOT pet friendly so please do not bring your pets or emotional support animals.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
