Welcome to the "Loft" ! (You are renting the TOP half of this duplex chalet).

This is a seasonal rental for 4 months. You pick the 4 months (Nov-April).

We are 1/2 mile from the south entrance of Mt. Snow !!
and 35 mins to Stratton, and 40 to Bromley !!

This is a 3 bedroom, plus loft, 1.5 bath upper unit available to rent for the winter season of 2026/27. It sleeps 4-5 people comfortably. The MBR has a queen bed and a separate bathroom. BR1 has a twin bed, BR2 has a full bed. All bedrooms have a closet and a dresser. The 2 bathrooms are well appointed. One of them is dedicated to the MBR with a tub/shower and the other contains a washer/dryer. This home has a full re-modelled kitchen and a dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs allowing for lovely family meals. The living room is also well appointed with a 50 inch TV, couch and multiple comfy chairs. Fast internet service is provided via a dedicated high-speed fiber line into the home. Cell service is perfect here as well being so close to the mountain. Each bedroom also has a TV with a Roku connection for each. The LOFT is up a spiral staircase and has 2 hockey game tables, a TV, and a pull out couch. This home is heated via electric baseboard heat. The entrance is through a mudroom where you can store all your ski gear.

Bar and grill , Snow Mountain Market, The Coffee Barn Café and the Moover’s ride to Mt. Snow on Rt. 100 are just a short walk away. Many more restaurants and shops are 1-2 miles away, some of them within walking distance.

We are looking for a 4 month winter seasonal rental Nov-April (dates can be flexible)
Rent includes:

. driveway plowing
. parking for two cars.
. high speed wifi Internet
. woodstove and some wood for those comfy warm nights.
. water and sewer service.

Renter will handle and/or pays for:

. electricity and have the service in your name.
. trash removal.
. shoveling of steps & entry to the house.
. $2500 security deposit
