Overall the stay was good, perfect for 4 females to have our own rooms. If you don't have a vehicle it would have been out of the way for most things unless you needed to be in Beaumont. A few things not clean, overall good. It would be nice if the firepit was left to use on the deck outback. It says parking is included, then in a blurb at the bottom of the posting says it's not due to grading construction. When we got the info email with check-in and rules, it stated the garage may be available for an extra charge. It can't be used because of construction unless you pay us extra for something that is stated to already be included. That to me is shady. That was my only complaint and I actually would say, take the parking off the ad and the street parking is perfect. Aside from that the owner seemed nice, quick responses and allowed a later checkout even though we didn't end up utilizing that option because of early flight times.
