Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Ok stay

The building is dated.The apartment needs some sprucing up also, but was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had to pick up some basics(dishwashing detergent, sponges, paper towels, etc.) The photos didn’t quite match the reality of the apartment but again was doable. The gym was full of very old equipment, but usable. Probably would spend a little more money and stay at a better place in the future.

Inaccurate listing

The pictures are not the same unit that we were given. When we checked in, the room was left ajar- left our entire family feeling uneasy. WiFi didn’t work the entire stay. TVs in room didn’t work. Front desk said they were unable to help. Overall just a misleading and uncomfortable stay.

Beach Views

Overall condo and views were great! The condo was very clean and the rooms were large. The photos didn't match exactly (different furniture), but it was comparable. Per other reviewers, you do need to come prepared with your own cookware (pots, pans, etc.). There was very limited kitchen supplies, such as; plates, cups, utensils, etc. It would be great if there were basic supplies - salt, pepper, sugar, dish soap/dishwasher soap, paper towel roll, dish towel, hot pads, sponge, etc. If you don't supply - you should include that in your listing. The pool is not heated - but it was bathwater warm because it was so hot! The workout/fitness room was mostly weight lifting equipment - no treadmills.
