Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The pictures in the listing were not of our unit. The unit is large and the views were amazing. The kitchen has truly minimal "anything", this is more camping than cooking, although we did reheat a fair number of dishes from Whole Foods during our stay. The pool is not heated, but the pool area staff and beach bar staff were very friendly. Please note, if you do not speak Spanish, be prepared to get creative communicating with anyone you see, other than front desk staff. The building itself needs to be renovated, the elevators are the slowest I've ever experienced. All in all, we appreciated the property for what it was for us, a base to explore Miami Beach during the holidays. The Ritz it is Not.

Great location terrible place

The place is run like a hotel wo any hotel perks. No cleaning, no extra towels, no pool towels ready in the need. It didn't habe sufficient plates and cups, no soap to wash your dishes, no paper towels, no coffee, not even salt. Very bear bones, but its on the beach.

The place was clean but there were no amenities. The furniture was damaged and We had 1 fork 2 bowls and 2 cups. We had limited towels, no pots, pans etc. However, the place was clean, the view was nice, and the location was ideal. You had to pay an additional 30 per day unless you park 3 blocks away. English speaking staff were limited.

Worse place ever!! To start with the room was disposed to have an ocean balcony view of did not!! Second of all the entire place was covered in mold, the a/c vents, the carpet was growing mold and the furniture had mold all over it they painted over!! As you can image it stuck terrible!! We stayed one day and left still working through our refund with VRBRO and Seacoast. Will Never stay again!!

Amazing location

What an amazing location, overlooking Miami Beach. The apartment is spacious and very clean. That said, it’s in need of updating, but that goes for the whole building. The place needs bringing up to date, both decorative and facility. The pool is fine, but everything feels old and well used. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re expecting 5 star, then you may be disappointed. If it’s all about location, then 5stars.

Miami Beach getaway

We had a great time and the apartment suited our needs. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great and the view was AMAZING! The beach was beautiful and very chill. The apartment is older and has some stained carpet, but still very clean, good air conditioning, and kitchen had what we needed. The apartment didn’t have all the amenities in the room, but if you asked they brought them. Just know before you go and then expectations will be met. The restaurants weren’t open and there really aren’t any cafes or restaurants less than a mile away. We weee dine with this as we like to walk. I would stay here again!

Miami adequate

This was a good stay in terms of location and access to a pool and the beach. Boardwalk was nice for exercise. Accommodation was a cross between a hotel and an apartment lacking the full amenities of either. Mattresses were soft (old?), kitchen was not stocked with soap or towels to wash dishes, no phone for communicating with front desk for towel service or deliveries (Front desk assumed there was a phone). Dated but very clean. Nice balcony with ocean view, yet mismatched chairs and no small table to set a drink or plate. A good stay just shy of truly comfortable.

Overall solid…with some exceptions

Property is alright…great views… nice rooms… neat and clean…modern touches to it. The rooms just need a little tlc. The paint is flaking and it looks a little ugly if u look hard enough. If attention to detail is your thing, you might be a lil disappointed. The stairwells need to be redone, looks like a scary movie at some parts…it’s obviously an older building so it needs touching up in certain areas. For the most part I’d give it 7/10. Not a bad experience at all. Had a blast with the family.

There was no beachfront view. This unit was notthe one listed and the one we paid for. This was definitely false advertising.The sheets had yellow stains, and the comforter had brown stains. One of the chairs you could feel the spring when you sat down. The kitchen had hardly any supplies.This definitely wasn't worth the money we paid.We will never stay there again.

The host put a picture of another balcony on the other side of the building facing the ocean and instead gave a room with the balcony facing another building. On a positive note the room was big and like a full apartment expect no washer and dryer. I will not rent at this hotel again nor will I book anything thru vrbo where a hotel is the host. This is the worst experience I have had with Vrbo. Other times where a private owner was the host I did not have this issue and was happy with the rental.

Wir haben eine andere Wohnung gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns die Wohnung 7P zugewiesen. Wir haben uns beim Vermieter darüber beschwert. Ohne Erfolg! Hier nun meine Bewertung von der Wohnung 7P.Die Wohnung ist groß und man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer.Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, die Fußleisten im Bad wurden bestimmt seit Jahren nicht mehr gewischt. Auch die anderen Bereiche waren oft verdreckt. Mehrere Lampen gingen nicht!Die ganze Einrichtung müsste mal erneuert werden. Außerdem müsste die Wohnung dringend renoviert werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ungenügend. Wir waren zu fünft. Es gab z.B. keine Löffel, nur 4 Gabeln, zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser. Auch kein Spülmittel oder Abtrockentücher. Der Balkon ist groß mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Leider stehen darauf nur 2 verrostete Stühle, an denen man sich die Kleidung/Badetücher dreckig macht. Nach meiner Meinung könnte man bei entsprechender Renovierung und guter Ausstattung eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung haben. Die hatten wir nicht. Ich kann die Wohnung nicht empfehlen und finde es schlecht, dass man nicht die Wohnung bekommt, die man gebucht hat.
