Our spacious and unique home has been renovated to share with visitors looking for a delightful place to stay! You'll have full access to the entire home which is located just WALKING seconds away from Soulard’s Farmer’s Market, delicious St Louis favorites, and savory drinks! Did we mention the WORLD FAMOUS Mardi Gras parade is just a moment away? Explore and enjoy the warmth and coziness of a home away from home yet the charm of 1890’s historic Soulard architecture and culture!

We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. Take a walk throughout the entire 4 bedroom, 5 bed, and 2.5 bath home and find surprises in every corner.

Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, we are committed to creating comfortable experiences for our guests! We offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 support, and a comfortable, spacious, and clean home!

- MAIN FLOOR: a comfy couch for additional sleeping
- SECOND FLOOR: 2 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed
-THIRD FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bedroom with 2 side-by-side queen beds
★ 3.5 Bathrooms:
- MAIN FLOOR: a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor that is nestled between the kitchen and dining area
- SECOND FLOOR: 2 full bathrooms with one shower-tub combo and one standing shower and each with a toilet
- THIRD FLOOR: 1 full bathrooms with a shower-tub combo and toilet

To access the bedrooms and full bathrooms, stairs are required. There is a flight of 8-10 stairs to the second floor with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) and 2 full bathrooms and 8-10 stairs to the third floor with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 king bed) and 1 full bathroom.

Great Location

The property was located in a great location to walk to all the restaurants and the farmers market in Soulard. Some updates to the property would be good and push it to amazing but overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful home

We stayed in this beautiful home, walked to Duke’s Pub and caught the free shuttle to Busch Stadium. Great weekend with great friends.

Spent two nights at the property in early June. Great location. Easy walk to both Busch Stadium and the A/B Brewery. Soulard has a fun vibe. Renovations in and around the neighborhood are terrific. Excited for that to continue to adjacent properties but not a reason to shy away. This property is well kept and owners were great!!

Great Location!

We were in town for the Frozen Four hockey tournament and this condo was the perfect location for us. We could walk down Tucker Ave a mile and be by the arena or Ballpark Village. Or, we could walk a half mile or so to the historic Soulard area to an Irish pub! And if there ever was an issue (a slight sanfu with the door code), Edward and Brandon were extremely helpful! Thanks guys!

Quick drive to Lafayette Square Neighborhood

Soulard is a 2-3 min drive to the really cute Lafayette Square Neighborhood. It is walkable, about 8-10 min, but a small portion of the walk is a little questionable at night & some of the sidewalks are in need of repair, so don’t where heels. ;) This VRBO was really nice inside & we had more beds than we needed. We could’ve slept 4 more people if needed. Very spacious.

Spacious Home for a Work Trip

I stayed here with 3 others for a work trip to the area and there was plenty of space throughout the home. The kitchen was large enough to cook meals, but lacked some necessary items (like a cutting board). Everyone loved having their own large room, and plenty of bathroom space. Some details could be updated, the bedsheets were quite worn and pilling/scratchy, the shower handle and waterspout were loose and pulling out of the wall, some grout was coming off around the bathtub. Overall the space worked for our group and felt safe, secure and comfortable. I would stay here again, especially if a few minor upgrades were made.
