Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is the ideal spot for a peaceful island retreat. It sits on over a1/2 acre of land, bordered by foliage, with streaming light through every window. The home features three bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a powder room. It comfortably sleeps 6-10 guests. With a private driveway, 2-3 cars may be kept on the property with a Tesla car charging station included. While this home has an 'out of the way' feel, it's close to the island's most popular attractions. The home is equidistant (approximate10 minute drive) from Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluffs, Main Street in Vineyard Haven, and Water Street in Edgartown for shopping and fine food locations.
