Exceptional property! Better than pictured. Our large, multi-generational group had the best week at this property. The kitchen was so well-stocked, which was a nice surprise for this family of cooks! The kids loved the pool, the slide, the paddle boards, etc. We would 100% return! What a great trip! Communication with host was also excellent and check-in easy!

Amazing Property
We held our annual QHSE Leadership Conference at these properties. The pictures do not do this home justice, this stay was by far and away our best one to date. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, nobody had a single complaint. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing Lake Stay
We had a large group and rented two properties, the gate access between the two homes was very convenient to us all. Great location, home clean and roomie, everyone had their own space. Everyone was very pleased. We will definitely be back.

We rented two of the Waterhouse properties, and had the best time with our group of 20! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the common areas were large and clean, and the pools and docks were absolutely perfect for Austin summers. Great communication from the host and an easy experience overall. I would highly recommend this property for large groups or families. While we did not have any children, there were plenty of amenities for kids, like pack-n-plays / bassinets. I had multiple friends say that they would want to rent this place for a family reunion or another friends' trip, and I completely agree. Thanks so much for making our weekend so fun!

Amazing Week at Amazing Properties!
Our group of 31 (16 adults and 15 children) rented Residences I and II. The very spacious and modern accommodations, incredible views and access to Lake LBJ, and ample amenities made an absolutely wonderful week for all!We were especially pleased with how responsive the property management was regarding all communication! Any and all questions or concerns were professionally addressed in a timely manner. Thank You!!!
