Very nice condo, furnished with all of the basics for a stay at the beach. Well suited for a couple, would be tight for 4 people but 2 full baths make it possible. Location is great, with a mile of nice calm beach in front of the building and easy driving to north, south and west Maui. Condo is towards the back of the building with a lanai looking out over the ocean and north to the volcano. Nice pool, lounge chairs and outdoor grills available for use. Property is managed by a vacation rental company, communication was good before checkin, not so much after - we never were able to get a parking pass despite contacting them multiple times.

We had a great stay at this Kihei condo! The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and beach towels. The AC worked great, and the views were beautiful. We especially loved the beachfront location for watching the sunsets in the evenings, and the grills available for guest use were a nice bonus. The condo location was a great for being able to explore different areas of the island during our stay.The only downside was the parking situation. The lot and spaces are small, but manageable. The check-in paperwork stated that we needed to register our vehicle with the front office, but we didn’t encounter anyone in the office and had to call to confirm that no further action was actually needed. A little clarification in the check-in instructions provided in the unit would have made this process smoother.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean, comfortable, well-equipped condo and beautiful beachfront setting. We would recommend it to others visiting Kihei!

Our stay was perfect! The view was spectacular, the beach chairs & towels provided were so convenient to have. The beach was just steps from the condo and never crowded. Communication was quick when we had a question. Everything was fantastic, thank you!!

Overall it was great. Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen needed a few more items like a bag or two for groceries, foil and Glad bags, that type of thing.

Great Condo and Location

Great place on sugar beach, nice facilities and great place to hang out. The condo is nice - great views of Iao Valley area of the West Maui Mountains.Kitchen was well setup for cooking and prepping meals.Towels, Beach Chairs and other amenities made the trip easy.

KIHEI CONDO

The condo was directly on a beautiful beach within walking distance to a tasty bakery and shaved ice. The location of the condo was centrally located on Maui and made it easy to travel anywhere. There was a lot of street traffic noise during the day but it was relatively quiet during the night. The condo had all of the kitchen items we needed, beach towels and beach chairs. It would have been nice to have had a cooler to use. The printed check-in instructions were outdated and did not match the ones sent to us virtually, so that was a bit confusing. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
