Great beachfront quiet 750 square foot condo complex. king tuft and needle bed in bedroom. New floors, comfortable queen futon plus an air bed and pack and play available, desk too!. TV with all cable channels extra sports package too! This is directly on sugar beach, condo has many upgrades amenities, wheelchair accessible, family oriented. Near the Kealia Pond animal refuge. Once you see your beach you know you are in Maui! Very close to a lovely bakery, shave ice and ABC store. Farmers Market is open most days- veggies, fruits, bagels, great dips!

I am a retired educator from California. When I sent my son to college in Hawaii, he stayed..We visited for years prior. When my granddaughter was born, we moved for 6 months to Kihei and loved it. A year later my son moved back to Mainland but we all returned for a visit and I purchased the condo so we can come whenever we wanted our Maui fix. When I rent, I am in California but have lots of local assistance to keep guests comfortable and the condo in great shape.
Why they chose this property
Perfect for all including families with children and older couples. Beach is long for great walks, calm, not many people out there, less touristy and close to everything. It is best with a car, but, a bus stop is just a half a block away and these buses are timed well and go to every part of the island other than Hana and the Volcano.Outdoor areas is great for parties but lites out at 10:30. Lots of tables, chairs and bbqs. Grassy area right above the beach is wonderful.Nice area to hold an outdoor party. Wonderful for large reunions as lots of the units are for rent! My cleaner is exceptional and keeps things clean, tidy and upgrades items needing replacing. No shredding towels here!We provide snacks, coffee, creamer and a special item upon arrival.Great shave ice, bakery, ABC store and Farmers Market 2 blocks away as is Maui canoe clubs for tourists as well.
What makes this property unique
I have beach toys, coolers, boogie boards, pool noodle, beach blankets, beach chairs., snorkle gear. The 2018 queen futon bed is more comfortable than any pull out sofa that we have encountered.Packnplay and high chair for babies as well.
Keep it down or put it up- your choice. Extra sheets and towels are in the drawers/under bed. Since there is a coin laundry a few steps outside the door, it is easy to wash clothes and linens as you need. If you stay more than 2 weeks I can provide house cleaning for a slight charge. Special offer discount rate for more than 2 weeks. Lets talk!
