This is an ultimate Santa Barbara mountain retreat. Fabulously peaceful wooded 5 acre estate features mountain views, nearby hiking trails, to catch panoramic ocean views, fiery sunsets & sunrises, all of which offer peace and privacy. Lower guesthouse with fabulous patio. Can sleep max of 4 guests with queen-sized bed in the one bedroom and a full-sized futon in the living room. Pool heated May to Nov. Pool hours are 10AM-10PM
