Take in the amazing view of Gloucester Harbor and the Boston skyline from this modern, fully air conditioned vacation rental. Dine al-fresco on the the large deck, or take in the view from the comfortable living and dining room with it's high ceilings, abundant seating and air conditioning. Walk a few steps across the street right onto Niles Beach, perfect for swim during the day or an evening picnic.

The updated kitchen has an electric range, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. It opens to the living and dining areas with a couch, high top table, dining table and tv.

The first floor boasts a full bathroom with an exterior door, so you can rinse off from the beach without getting sand in the house, hooks for your beach towels and laundry. Down the hall is a large air conditioned king bedroom with a double closet and sitting area. Across from it is a comfortable twin bedroom with AC.

Walk upstairs to a sitting area with a smart tv, small desk and comfy chairs. Enter into the queen bedroom with a stunning ocean view and AC. Across the hall is a room with two queens, AC and water view. It has a door to the shared bathroom which has another door to the hall.

Niles Beach House is the perfect family beach getaway with amazing views, easy beach access and all the modern comforts you can ask for.

Fabulous setting but not typical vrbo experience

Unlike most Vrbo locations where you work with a real person and a real home where little things like coffee filters or cooking oil, etc might be left behind for the next guest, this place was wiped clean. Also an early check in request was $80 whereas most properties work with you if they can swing it without an extra charge. There was lots of communication about the check in process which worked well, but all from the property group. Not the personal touch most properties provide. Beautiful place and location.
