On the picturesque SALTWATER town cove in Orleans Village. Right out your window you'll see the oyster farm, lobster men and shell-fishermen working. Enjoy the swans, ducks, herons, seals, horseshoe crabs... so close you can touch. Walk to town center, shops, restaurants,... kayak, sail, bike, fish, picnic, shell, grille, relax on the big private deck or the covered swings.... adjacent to historic Windmill Park and famous 'Goose Hummock' (kayak center and all-around outdoor activity hub). Our Nauset salt-air is invigorating and therapeutic! Sleeps 2 (three in a pinch).

Why they chose this property

It took me over 2 years of driving every street on Cape Cod to find a perfect place that was near the center of town - but also on the ocean,... that's extremely rare! The Orleans town cove offers that unique combination !
