This great pool vacation home is located very central in Naples, just 2-3 minutes to the Beaches !
This comfortable house is 3000sqf large with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Enjoy your private heated pool under a large screened-in lanai.
The spacious outdoor area, completely equipped with a screen to protect against insects, is surrounded by tropical plants and invites you to 'outdoor living'. Enjoy your pool area evenings and grill at your BBQ.
The house has one master king size bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom , 1 guest king size bedroom with TV and and en-suite bathroom, and two more guest rooms with bathroom right next to this both rooms.

Full equipped kitchen with coffee machine and much more appliances and extra high dining table. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and of course the matching dryer. There is also an ironing board with steam iron, vacuum cleaner and much more utensils. Linens, towels and hand soap are provided.
The home is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. It sleeps eight and has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out. (See list of amenities below.)
With the bicycles in the garage, which are available for free, you can reach the beach in a few minutes and take long walks in the miles-long beach and enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Gulf of Mexico.
Walking distance to the Lowdermilk Beach 10-15 minutes, and 2-3 minutes with your car.

The location of House Luisa is ideal. All important destinations (beaches, supermarkets, numerous restaurants, Coastland shopping center, etc.) can be found within a radius of just 1.5 miles. In the Mercato Dining and Shopping Center - in the immediate vicinity of our house - gastronomy, shopping and nightlife are combined. There are numerous good restaurants and bars where you can dine comfortably on the respective terraces. A visit to the 'Blue Martini Cocktail Lounge' with live music, which is hip in Naples, is also recommended.
A cultural center of Naples (Artis) can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the winter months musicals, concerts, ballet performances, operas and much more are regularly offered there. There are hardly any limits to your leisure activities thanks to the wide range of golf, water sports and shopping opportunities.

Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in Florida. Watch the flying fish, sea turtles or even a manatee and with a little luck a couple of dolphins may come by. Everything is available for your visit to one of the great beaches like towels, umbrellas and beach chairs, cool boxes.
Beaches are with water sports and activities such as kayaking/canoeing, boating, shelling, fishing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises.
If you prefer shopping or go out dinning ? The Downtown Naples 5th Avenue is just 10 minutes away or the Miromar Outlets 30 minutes.

Naples Zoo 10 minutes , Naples Botanical Garden 10 minutes , Everglades 1 hour
Disney world is a three hours drive and Key West is less than five hours away.

The prices shown are valid for an occupancy of up to 6 persons, power, water and WiFi-Internet are free. Power for pool heating cost extra per day and is to pay separately.
Minimum stay is 4 weeks.
