This house was really close to the Volcano Park. It was way more roomy than we needed for 4 adults. Great place. Just be sure you can climb a full set of stairs to access it.

The place is HUGE. The location is great. It was clean and well stocked. However, it was brutally cold in the common areas. The rooms have small heaters that are adequate for the space. However there is no heating in the common areas and can get very cold. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We only stayed one night and it was a perfect base for our visit to the volcano, about a 10 minute drive away. The home is clean, beds are comfortable, towels are nice and thick, and the TVs are a good size. Only minor complaints are that the kitchen and bathrooms could use an update and the curtains in the bedroom are not wide enough to block all of the morning sun. You need to climb stairs to enter and the owners live downstairs - not a problem for us, but good to know. Communication with the host and the check in process was excellent. I definitely recommend this home!
