We came for a family reunion, and this was the perfect place for me, my husband and 2 kids (5 & 7). The screened in porch is beautiful and a great place to eat. The kitchen is small, but it had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location for us. The beds were comfortable too. Very short drive to Eaglesmere, which is super cute and walking distance from a great little stand where you can pickup fresh eggs and local fruits and veggies. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend away

We enjoyed our stay, the house clean and met our needs perfectly. it is a little closer to other properties than we thought it would be. Would recommend to others.

The cottage has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We especially liked the quiet location and spent most of our time there in the large screen porch that is surrounded by woods. Very peaceful.

The property was clean and easy to find.We had a box fan we used at a previous VRBO in Sullivan County and this was helpful to have during the "heat wave" while we were vacationing. The sparkling water and bottle of wine were a nice welcome.
