Sun-filled vacation rental in the center of town on the second and third floors of a three story stand-alone building. This unit is tucked away at the rear of a small condo complex, away from street and pedestrian noise, with tons of natural light, water peaks, and unobstructed views of the Pilgrim Monument. This duplex unit has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with natural river stone flooring. The condo features high end furnishings with central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout the large, open floor plan. The first floor has a comfortable living room with WiFi, HD cable and Bose sound, streaming capability (Chromecast from Google), Bluetooth connectivity to the sound system, chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and silestone countertops, and dining for six guests around a large table. A private deck with town and monument views is located right off the dining area. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The unit comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and all amenities one would expect. Conveniently located near Far Land Provisions and a short walk to the ferry or the beach. Offstreet parking for one car is included. A perfect getaway place right in the center or town, just steps away from shops, restaurants and all the conveniences.

Very nicely appointed property in a great location to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. We rented bicycles from a place right across the street and rode to the local beaches. Everything was clean and tidy and as described in the listing. Many thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay..

This is a terrific place to stay for a week in Ptown. Excellent, central location yet very quiet. Property is well decorated and comfortable. The living room is a nice size and it is possible to link your device via Bluetooth to play music through the stereo system speakers and stream shows on the TV. The secondary bedrooms are small but typical for the town and are fine for sleeping. Kitchen is well equipped. The deck has nice furniture, an umbrella and grill with a view of the Pilgrim Monument in the background. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing week at this property! The location is perfect! Just outside of Commercial Street, but so quiet! The decor inside the home is so nice. It's very clean and bright! You definitely getting a welcoming feeling once you step inside. We sat outside on the porch a lot and it was very peaceful! Having a parking spot was very convenient, but there's also a parking lot right across the street that you can pay to park in if you have more than 1 car. I messaged the hosts though vrbo a few times before our vacation and they responded right away. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in P town! Thank you so much!

Amazing home and location

This was one of the best rentals we’ve had in Ptown in nearly a decade if staying here in the summer. It’s super close to everything, very well stocked, and the hosts are super communicative.

We had a wonderful stay. Location was fantastic right off the ferry terminal and very walkable to the West End. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and fairly spacious for Ptown. Owners were very friendly and accommodating for our check-in / check-out. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

Fabulous property in the center of town

We stayed for a week during Carnival and couldn’t have had a better time. The place is smack dab in the center of town and convenient to everything. The deck was a great place for a morning cup of coffee and view of Pilgrim Monument. The rooms are on the smaller side but that’s no issue when you’re out on the town most of the time. Having both bathrooms detached from the bedrooms made it easy for a group stay. Loved staying here and hope to stay again!

4th of July in P-town

There were 4 of us staying in the property. The kitchen was great size for us as well as the living space. Everyone had space to move around. The bedrooms were smaller, but that is to be expected for homes in Provincetown. It worked great for our group of 4! The bathroom on the main floor with the shower we perfect for the taller guests. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Spacious and clean

We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable here. The place is clean and very well maintained. It’s also fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach towels. The outdoor space is small but has a great view. My only wish was that the furniture inside and out was a little more comfortable but overall, everything was excellent. And the host was extremely responsive to questions during our stay.

Family Week

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The home was inviting it was convenient to town and all restaurants and shops. Just one minor detail, when we arrive the temperature was @ 85 degrees and quite warm The second floor must have been at least 90. We put on the AC and it worked very well within an hour or two the place was at 68°. We rate our stay a 5 stars!! Thank you!
