Great time in Oceanside

We had a great time in our stay. We had 3 other families that rented different units and so had a large group. The location is perfect and the beach time was exactly what we needed.

Lovely, older property. Fantastic location.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Oceanside. While the property is older and lacks air conditioning, it had everything we needed and was perfect for our winter stay. We loved how walkable it was to everything Oceanside has to offer, and ocean views from the balcony are hard to beat.

Amazing rrmtal

The rental was very clean, stocked with all the kitchen appliances you need, had beach towels, chairs and extra bath towels and sheets. The location was great and a short walk to the beach. Check in & out process was simple and quick. Look forward to hearing staying here again in the future!

Clean and comfortable

We had more than was necessary available in the condo, easy beach access and very friendly staff. I especially appreciate Cindy for going above and beyond to return my husbands prescription medication that we accidentally left behind. Would stay here again.

very happy with our stay

We really enjoyed our vacation. The condominium was beautiful and so close to the beach. This was our first experience at North Coast Village and would highly recommend. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. Our kids kept commenting on how cozy their room and beds were. I was worried about having a train so close but the noise from the train was hardly noticeable from our condo and when I did hear it, I actually enjoyed the low sound.

Absolutely Perfect for Us

The place was really great for us. From check-in, parking, the layout, so close to the beach, and great amenities on the property. This was our Thanksgiving vacation and the place was everything we could ask for. Completely stocked with all the kitchen and dining items you could ask for. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the main bedroom and balcony had a view of the ocean, so close you could hear the waves. TVs in every room, coffee maker for brews on the balcony, easy walking distance to the beach (even for 4 yo). Plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 teens and that 4yo. Cindy, the property manager, kept it great contact with us and answered every question promptly. Would stay here a 100 more times. Thank you!!!

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay at the condo. It is easy to walk to the beach and even had some chairs and beach toys for us to use! All the supplies needed for basic cooking were available. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall OK

For the most part the condo gave us what we needed. Place to eat, sleep and relax. Carpets could use a good clean. We had Ant problems. No AC but free standing fans made due. No extra soap for bathrooms. Showers we're super small. Main toilet took multiple flushes to flush even for #1. Wish we knew elevators weren't working (what if I had a disability). Didn't know about app to use washer and dryers. The outside of property could use an face-lift.

We have stayed at this complex for many years now! Love the location and neighboring restaurants. If you want quiet days by the pool this is not the place. Too many kids.

AMAZING!!

My mom and her 3 daughters stayed here for our Girls Weekend! This property was perfect us!!! We each had our own bed and there are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, which was nice with 4 women, ha! The living areas were great and comfy. The view was better then expected, spent time sitting/relaxing listening to the waves and it was fun seeing all the sail boats out on the water each morning! There is easy access to the beach and lots to do, places to eat near by. The property is located inside North Coast Village, what a beautifully landscaped setting! Has lots of amenities and it’s very secure. Host was great and communicated well with me! We would stay in this property again if we go back to Oceanside!
