Your Toledo Bend Lake getaway awaits at this delightful 3-bedroom home. This cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to unwind and relax Our home is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, a living room with a comfy sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with all the essentials. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
Make your way to the back porch where you can sit back and relax and sip coffee while watching the best sunrise on the lake, or make your way down to the large boat house and soak in the views off the water.
Keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful large bald eagles.

Bring your Netflix, Amazon, Disney or other streaming services account login to connect to the smart tv.
Guest have access to the private boat slip located 2 min away, or make your way to the new public boat launch located on the Tx side of pendleton bridge.

Guest have access to our large boat dock, where you can sit and relax, or fish off the dock.

There is parking in the driveway, or you can park at our shop driveway directly across the street. If you have a boat, there is plenty of room to park across the street.

House Rules:
No pets allowed.
No large parties or events.
No smoking in the house.
All garbage must be in garbage bags, no loose trash in the trash cans. We have a group that manually pick up the trash, everything must be bagged.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No loose trash in the large trash cans. Please put ALL trash in garbage bags. Thank you
Please put all used towels in the hamper provided. No need to strip the beds.
Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start it. The detergent is under the sink. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay, very clean, well stocked, and a beautiful view of Toledo Bend. We had ample room to park two boats and trucks and the boathouse was phenomenal to fish from. We ate well, slept peacefully and greatly enjoyed the property.

Better than expected

The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of house hold items like pots, pans, kitchen items, and bath items. The host had small things like snacks and toiletries placed which was a nice welcome. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or view of the lake.
