Relax and reconnect with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront retreat, nestled in a quiet, wind-protected cove just 3 minutes by boat to the main lake through United Bay. Whether you’re here to fish, grill, or simply unwind, this cozy escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outdoor fun.
There’s a small bridge about a 1/10 of a mile away that you can see from the dock. If you feel this would be an issue then this may not be the place for you.
The Space:
   •   Master Bedroom: Queen bed
   •   Second Bedroom: Double-size bottom bunk bed with twin on top’’
   •   Living Area: Double size futon sleeper
   •   Washer & dryer, Smart TV in living room, regular smaller tv in master bedroom,WiFi included
   •   Fully furnished—just bring your food and drinking water.

Waterfront Access:
   •   Fish off the private floating pier, (electrical outlets at dock)
   •   Use the public boat ramp just next door at the park
   •   Enjoy easy access to the main lake via United Bay (3 minutes by boat)
Guest Access:
   •   Boat ramp
   •   Kids’ playground with swings, monkey bars, and a see-saw

Outdoor Features:
   •   Screened porch for relaxing evenings
   •   Covered patio with propane grill (propane bottle provided), charcoal pit is also on site (no charcoal provided)
   •   Fire pit

Other Things to Note:
   •   Conveniently located just 5 minutes from a grocery store, dollar store, gas station, Toledo Tackle, restaurant’s and more—everything you need is close by!

It was exactly what we wanted. We loved the enclosed porch, the firepit, and the deck. All cooking items were available (gas grill, BBQ pit, butane burner, many pots and pans). Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely like to make another trip to Toledo Bend and would definitely try to rent this place again.

We had a blast at this cabin. The scenery was even more beautiful than in the pictures. And the cabin itself was perfect for a weekend get away. I brought my kids who enjoyed fishing off of the pier and playing in the spacious backyard. I highly recommend. ❤️

THANK YOU for your wonderful place to rest & relax. We built a fire last night & watched the moon come up over the trees. This morning, we had breakfast outside since the weather was so nice. Bed was super comfortable. We didn't come to fish but enjoyed your camp on the water.

This place is home away from home without the rat race of life! It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed fishing from the dock with the kids. Relaxed on the back porch while grilling on the BBQ. The scenery was wonderful even had a few visits from the Canadian geese. Had everything available for our visit. The electricity went out one night and he had on hand what we required for adequate lighting. A definite plus! We will be visiting again!

Rented this cabin for a Memorial Day Weekend getaway; the place is beautiful; the outdoor areas are awesome; fished off the XLarge dock and caught some bream; several local eateries are very close to the cabin as well as Dollar General, Family Dollar and a grocery store; our clothes and groceries are all we brought; everything else was there! We highly recommend this cabin!! We checked in early (at noon) and appreciated that convenience as well!!

This place is the best! Everything we needed he had. Great views of the water, great fishing off the dock and plenty of electricity waterfront. Launch your boat next door and tie up to his dock. In and out clean clean clean! Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Great experience!!!

The cabin is very cozy & the view is awesome! I really enjoyed time on the screened in porch, especially. The boys’ favorite thing was fishing.
Jeff was a phone call away (had we needed him), but we had no issues! We hope to stay again another time.
