House in Burien

House was very nice and was able to check in early without difficulty, only one thing needs to be changed in ad is this is a duplex not entire house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THIS PROPERTY

Cute and modern

Great location, and parking simple. The house itself was cute, clean and had a lot of modern amenities. Wi-Fi was fast and able to log in with ease. Communication with property owner was quick, friendly, and professional. There is a laundry room located on the outside of the house. Also includes a patio in the back with ample seating and a bbq grill which I wish we had the opportunity to use. Overall, my family of five, loved it here and wished we could have stayed longer.

I would not recommend this property to future renters. The listing clearly stated that the home had air conditioning, but upon arrival, we discovered that it did not. With outdoor temperatures high and the interior of the home remaining uncomfortably hot, it was both unsafe and unacceptable for us to stay.After reaching out to the host, a small portable AC unit (rated for only 350 sq ft) was provided late on the second day, but it made no noticeable difference in cooling the home. We ultimately had to leave the property early and find alternative accommodations at our own expense.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and reasonably—including a request for a refund for the nights we couldn’t stay—the host never responded. Vrbo customer service has also been unhelpful and unresponsive throughout the process.This experience was stressful and disappointing. Travelers rely on accurate listings and timely support when issues arise. In this case, we received neither.
