Ketch-a-vibe in Ketchikan

Large home close to everything you need! Quiet neighborhood, spacious floor plan, and tons of street parking. 2 story home, stairs required to enter. The main level has a private bedroom and full bath with shower. Lower level has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. We invite you to enjoy a comfortable stay in our cozy home, and enjoy the shopping, dining, culture, hiking and fishing that Ketchikan has to offer!
The space
Our home is two stories with the living area, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom on the "main" upper floor, and three bedrooms, one full bath and laundry on the lower daylight basement level.

The upper level has an open living space with a large foyer, cozy living room, large dining table and kitchen. Queen memory foam pullout bed in the living room and ample floor space for at least two twin air mattresses. The main level bedroom is a private bedroom with a queen size bed. The main level has a full bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is stocked with your necessities and has a full size fridge, electric range with four burner stovetop, dishwasher, double sink, and microwave oven. There is a coffee maker for a pot of drip coffee and the option for coffee by the cup with Keurig K-cups.

The daylight basement has three bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 is a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, twin over twin, memory foam mattresses. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and is a large room with ample floor space for a queen air mattress in addition to the bed. There is also a small desk for a private work space should you need it. This bedroom is ideal for parents who want to add an air mattress or two for kids (it's a big room). Bedroom #3 is also a larger bedroom, with two twin memory foam beds and ample floor space for another twin air mattress.
Guest access
Guests will access the home with a keyless entry touchpad system.
Other things to note
Our family has been visiting and enjoying Ketchikan annually for more than 20 years, and are now proud to be a more permanent part of the community. We have rehabbed this 100-year-old house with lots of love, and it continues to be a work in progress. We look forward to sharing the beauty of Ketchikan with our guests.

Tim is an avid fisherman and available to provide information and resources for local fishing opportunities. We ask that fish be processed at the marina, we do not have fish processing facilities at the house. We do have a deep freezer in the garage for your fish storage.
