The 3 bathrooms include a private master bath, downstairs half bath, and upstairs full bath. The covered patio is waterfront and affords full shade by 10am with the sun setting behind the house, while the floating dock allows for the sun if preferred. The hot tub is under the patio and has great views of the river. The water depth at the end of the dock during the summer months is 10-12 feet. Nestled in a serene setting, this lovely property provides a tremendous space for guests to unwind and create lasting memories. We think our place will help you experience everything New Roads has to offer. Located on the New Roads side of False River, this property is 8 minutes from Downtown and all its amenities.     We needed a place very last min and found the gem! We throughly enjoyed the house and the view. The owners were super helpful and kind. There is plenty of space and on top of that such a wonderful area. We would totally rent again if possible! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and for being the best experience we have had! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!
