Welcome to your centrally located, fully renovated home! This stunning space, designed for comfort and connection. Step outside to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. Whether relaxing with loved ones or immersing yourself in the community, this inviting retreat is intentionally designed to create lasting memories.

THE SPACE

Comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with additional sleeping options for families with children. (Crib, kids blow up mattress & a queen blow up mattress).

State-of-the art kitchen, dining area & wet bar equipped with cooking gadgets, coffee machines and local products showing off our wonderful community.

Parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Outdoor fire pit & bluetooth speakers.

Delightful children's play area & movie room. Great for those families who are coming to celebrate - the adults get to hang upstairs, the kids have their own space.

Visited niece attending ISU. The stay was great! Perfect place to hang with family - dinners on patio and evenings by the fire pit. The owners are great - attentive to any need, took care in the details. The house and outdoor space was perfect. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful and seamless stay! We stayed with our two boys, 5 and 8. The host was so nice and communication was really great! The property was very clean and the perfect place to stay after driving all day! Our kids really enjoyed the playroom in the basement and the deck outside! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area :)

The house was beautiful, clean, and the hosts thought of everything. Every need was met, plus some! The house was even better than the pictures. My 5 and 3 year olds had a great time playing in the kid area. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here! The house was very clean and felt very comfortable. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs during our stay and I would recommend staying here to others! Close to What You Need in Normal/Bloomington

Amazing proactive host. Amazing place. We slept 8 very comfortable, plenty of space in and out and well-lit property. They considered every detail....and a Mixpresso to boot. Great stay overall.... even left some pizza in the freezer for our kids sine we were arriving so late....Really 5 star.

Best Rental I’ve Ever Stayed At!

Liz is an amazing host and this house is the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed at! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking tools you need to make meals and every aspect of the house makes you feel right at home with elegant furnishings and stylish decor throughout! The bed is also very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and easily located. There is even a garage! You’ll love staying here! I highly recommend this rental!

Coaches Clinic

We met with football coaches at Illinois State University and this house was very convenient. It was within blocks of the stadium and 7 of us could easily function in the house. Liz was awesome!! She was so accommodating and helpful.

FAMILY THANKSGIVING

Thanks to our rental of the Normal School House, 3 generations of our family were able to come from Florida and Alabama and join with the members still in Illinois, including our 94 year old matriarch, for a special Thanksgiving celebration. The house was so welcoming and well appointed, and in my dealings with the owner, I felt like i was interacting with a long-time friend.
