Welcome to charming and mid-century modern house located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. This cozy home is perfect for friends or families reunion or travelers short-long stays. Enjoy the stylish and comfort in this 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus 1 private office while you stay.

The space
Relax and stay comfortable in this modern 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms house in highly desirable location up to 6 guests.
* One primary room has a queen size bed with full bathroom suite.
* Two other bedrooms both have queen size bed and share one full bathroom at hallway.
* A work from home office and one living room will allow working and private space, with high speed WiFi while you stay in connected.
* Dining room with Table seating for 6 and full kitchen offers the option for meals prepared and /or enjoyed at the home
* 65“ 4k smart TVs in living rooms and 50” in primary bedroom for you and your group to login to any of your streaming services while staying.

Guest will have access to entire house upon the booking and duration of the stay. Please use keypad to enter through the front door for self check in.

Garage and driveway hold 4 cars, if extra parking is needed, you can park on street.

Other thing to note
* no vaping or smoking inside of house. Please respect to non-smokers and we would like to keep our place fresh and clean for everyone.
* You have 100% responsibility for damages cause accidents by you and your group during your stay.
* We are located in super quiet neighborhood, would kindly ask you to stay in quiet from 10pm - 7am while you stay.
* Trash can goes to curb Monday evening for early Tuesday morning pick up, recycling is every other Tuesday. Please take it back to garage during your stay. * We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping.
* Please note that the fireplace is not operational.

Family wedding event.

Stayed here on weekend for a family wedding. It was a real nice stay. We were able to relax before the wedding and able to spend time with our immediate family. The back yard was very relaxing and shady for such a hot weekend. If we ever need a place to stay in the Bloomington area gin, we would definitely be back.

Nothing nearby. Quiet neighborhood.The entire house smelled like weed the entire time and when we reported it, the owner said she was aware of that! The mattresses were good but everything else (furniture, towels, appliances) is very cheaply done. Would not recommend.

We take pride in providing a comfortable and well-appointed home for our guests. Regarding the odor, we were proactive and transparent. We informed you that a previous guest had violated our no-smoking policy in the garage, and our cleaning crew worked diligently to address it before your arrival. The main house was confirmed to be fresh and clean. To apologize for any potential inconvenience in the garage, we immediately offered a refund for one night, which we never received a response to. Furthermore, after your checkout, our cleaning crew confirmed at 10:15 AM that the entire property, including the garage, was odor-free. It is also relevant to note that you had requested a discount for your final night due to a change in your plans, which we were unable to accommodate. We are sorry your stay was impacted by these circumstances. We have hosted many guests who have enjoyed our home, and we hope for the opportunity to provide a more accurate and positive experience in the future.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for Christmas to be close to family. The owner was incredibly responsive to our questions and outreach. She even checked in throughout our stay. She went above and beyond when we realized after leaving that something was left behind. She arranged for us to get the forgotten items quickly and safely. The house was perfect, so clean and organized. We cannot wait to have this be our regular stay from now on!

Best Vacation Rental Experience

Without a doubt the best experience our family has had with a vacation rental. The owner was super sweet, very prompt, and thoughtful. The neighborhood seemed fine and was in a perfect location for our family.
