Newly Remodeled, Well Appointed
5 bedroom and 4 bath. This home features two master suites, each with their own private ensuite bath. They are on opposite sides of the house, and both have direct access to the pool area. Large Saltwater pool and Spa, newly resurfaced, heating available as option. Pond and Golf Course views. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
The space
Open and airy living room with 8 ft pocketing glass sliders to the pool deck. In addition to ample outdoor seating, a large breakfast nook, and a formal dining room.
The house also features an expansive chefs kitchen.
Other things to note;
Pool/Spa heat is optional, there is an additional charge of $75. per week.If heat is requested, this will be collected after arrival.
Families with children are welcome. If required, the pool area can be separated from the rest of the terrace by a security fence (child fence).
A Pack 'n Play playpen/travel bed can be available upon request for our youngest guests, as well as a high chair.
