This location can't be beat! Within 2 blocks of Little Italy and about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Great walking throughout. It was fun watching the planes come in for landings. Quiet at night. Cozy and comfortable. Very clean. Definitely recommend!

Great time in Little Italy

Perfect location for a weeklong trip to San Diego with our family. Walking distance to many restaurants, fantastic communication with the property owner and clean/well decorated home to stay in!

The property was very close to the heart of little Italy, literally a 2 minute walk. Several restaurants, bars within a very short walk. Additionally, walking to the water front was easy. The unit was immaculate and everything worked. We had the upstairs unit and it was very quiet. Right outside the front door on West Date Street there was a farmers market frequently in the mornings a couple blocks long that offered food, produce and other crafts. We enjoyed the farmers market and being able to grab a coffee at cafe Italian down the street. Loved it. The host was very helpful allowing us to store our bags since our flight got in earlier than check in time. She met us at the unit and took care of our luggage while we explored the area until proper check in time. We were attending our son’s graduation from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot and so having a large space to accommodate the rest of our family for the stay made this place perfect. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the downtown area of San Diego. Cheers.

Perfect location, with really nice amenities in the house. It was very clean very pretty, and it’s in a safe part of San Diego. It’s conveniently located to basically everything in Little Italy. On Saturday the farmers market is literally across the street. The host was very communicative and kind. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time. The property was super clean, and we loved the central location. We rarely had to drive more than 10-15 min to all the places we wanted to visit. Communication was excellent!

Great location to Little Italy. This is a top floor unit of 3 stories with stairs to the unit. One of the lower units had a big party one night but the owner of the property was very responsive.

the beauty of little Italy at your doorstep

Location, location, location! This property is so conveniently located in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Has plenty of room for 6-8 people; we were 9 so it was nice and cozy. Parking for up to three vehicles, which is a dream in that part of town. The place was clean when we got there. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. There’s not a lot of closet space. There’s a farmers market on Saturdays just outside your door, make sure to check it out if you’re there. Stevie was an awesome host! Would definitely recommend this place.
