One bedroom, one bath, with laundry room and attached one car garage. Also includes a full kitchen, dining area and oversized living room with a sleeper sofa and private patio.

No access to rooftop. That is exclusively available to our guests renting the two bedroom unit which can be booked through this site as well.

I tried to contact the owner three times: once before and twice during our stay. I got home last night and I STILL have heard zero response The apartment is small and comfortable- however, there are streaks on the wall under the wall a/c that look like it leaks, and the shower has signs of mildew. It’s redeeming feature that it was walkable to our venue, and we could go back and forth on foot
