Minutes from the Ocoee River! Farmhouse that sleeps 18! 3 King Suites!
Welcome to beautiful Polk County, TN! This beautiful farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is located only minutes from both the Ocoee River for rafting and kayaking and Parksville Lake for boating and swimming. The house is set up to hold 18 people. There are three King suites that have their own bathroom attached and one bunk room with a full bunk and another bunk room with two full bunks. There are three separate living areas one of which is set up with arcade games and theater seats for a theater room experience. There is a creek on the property that can be hiked to. Only registered guests may be on the property, but we do welcome events with a separate charge and event insurance. Just message us for details. New photos coming soon!
