Brand new 2-bedroom condo located on golf course with resort style amenities
Brand new professionly decorated condo overlooking the 10th fairway of a championship golf course. The fully furnished Birkdale model condo has an open floor plan with two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a large screened-in lanai overlooking the golf course. Ceiling fans located in most rooms and lanai. Unit includes a Ring Doorbell, digital thermostat, Smart TVs with cable, wireless internet and private storage area located near elevator. There is covered parking available also. Amenities include a resort style restaurant, spa, gym, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a large resort style pool as well as satellite pool. The unit is fully stocked with everything from dishes, towels, linens, coffee maker, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Property comes with unlimited golf with a $250 transfer fee for golf and amenities.
