Fully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in an Art Deco building, right in the heart of South Beach. This 4-story building features a delicious pizzeria and a convenient liquor store on the ground floor. The unit boasts new flooring, a modern bathroom, and impact windows. Central AC ensures a comfortable environment, while new LED TVs in the living room and bedroom enhance your stay. For your convenience, we provide two foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with our fully automated system. Simply scan a QR code for building access and use the electronic lock on the door for entry. Once inside, you’ll have full access to the entire unit.
