Accommodating host who was quick to reply to any questions we had prior to booking and throughout our stay. Complex is in a great location just a short drive from the main part of downtown Kona and the pool is beautiful. Lanai and front entrance both had ocean views. Unit was well stocked with amenities including beach chairs, coolers, etc. which we didn’t have the opportunity to use but wish we would have had time to! Unit has AC which was appreciated. Elevator to the 4th floor was a little slow but glad it was there to get luggage up and down. Having a dedicated parking spot was a nice perk as well!

Good Time

The condo was updated inside and very well supplied with household items. The pool area was beautiful!However, the hot tub was not working.Free parking! Our own spot!

We're so glad you had a great stay! Unfortunately, with the hot tub being a part of the common spaces, as hosts we can't control whether it's being repaired during a guest's stay. There was a new heater ordered and management is coordinating with a pool company to install it. :)
