Nice home in a good location.

This home is like new and decorated nicely. The biggest negative for me is that they do not supply wash cloths and they do not tell you this info. We had to go out and buy wash cloths before showering the night we checked in. I have never stayed somewhere that didn’t supply wash cloths with the linens. We wanted to check in early but there was a charge for every increment of time. Again, if the home is ready, why not let your guests check in without an additional fee? On a positive note, the guys enjoyed the pool table and the kids liked the arcade games. We were in FL to go to the Disney parks and the house was close.

Regarding washcloths, we don't typically provide them as we consider them a personal item and our guests usually bring their own. However, we do provide hand towels as an alternative and I believe we did during your stay, hope they met your needs. As for the early check-in fee, the property wasn’t ready at the time of your request, and accommodating early check-ins requires our cleaning team to expedite their process, which incurs an additional charge. We appreciate your understanding and would love to host you again!
