We would like to clarify a few points regarding the couch and barstools, those were thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. They are light tan in color, which may appear soiled easily despite being clean. During our pre-check-in inspection as well, the microwave was in proper working order with no issues. We captured the deposit to cover the replacement cost for the microwave, which was found damaged during your stay. Also, our team and the owner did not remotely adjust the AC temperature during your stay. You have the option to set the temperature according to your preference, it is just that it cannot be set lower than 72°F to prevent damage to the AC unit. We understand the importance of accuracy in listing photos and how they reflect the actual unit. But, please note that listing photos are representations of the unit. Some items and furniture may vary, as we make upgrades from time to time. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Please be assured that everything is addressed and in proper working order. We hope you will still give us another chance to host your stay in the future.
