Great apartment. Great host. Was there for 2 weeks on a business trip. Perfect for one person. Fun neighborhood. Air conditioning worked really well in the end of the heat wave. I will be staying here again for sure. Thank you.

Cute little apartment! Beautiful balcony and location was quiet, yet central. Stayed for 2 weeks and loved the elevator/lift. Had a washer and dishwasher. We walked everywhere! It was close to the metro, great bistros, and so much more! It worked perfectly for us (my husband and me). Would go back!

Fantastic location and the perfect size for my husband, daughter and I. We were able to walk everywhere and take the metro. The apartment had everything we needed and checkin was so easy. We really appreciated being able to check in early to drop our luggage off and get a quick nap. 100% recommend.

Anniversary Trip

Our stay was amazing! The apartment had everything we needed and was just as described. Check in and out was super easy and the host even left us a bottle of wine when we checked in. The location was great as well, just a 5 minute walk to the public transport. Several places to dine and shop. I will definitely go back!

Wonderful stay!

Best neighborhood in Paris

My sister and I in our 70’s stayed 12 nights in this fabulous apartment! So enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and dining many times on Rus Montorguiel! We even survived the loudest night in Paris per year —Fete de Musique—thanks to the practically soundproof balcony doors!

Fantastic location

What a wonderful apartment located in a terrific neighbourhood. Easy access to everything with lots of restaurant and transportation options nearby. There is a party atmosphere in the area but it is quite quiet after 11:00 pm so you can still get a good sleep! We will definitely return and recommend this property!

Great apartment, great location!

Loved the apartment and definitely comfortable for one or two. Happy to have the washer-dryer and just took a couple of tries to figure it out :) east to metro, great cafes, patisserie, fromagerie, and bistros. Definitely will be my preferred place when I'm back in Paris. Merci, Yves!
