We provided clear and detailed instructions, including the correct condo number and access code, prior to your arrival. Despite this, you entered the wrong condo, which was unlocked, and stayed there overnight without authorization. This unauthorized entry caused significant issues, including complaints about TV and hot water problems in a unit you were not booked for. We attempted to contact you multiple times to clarify the situation, but you did not respond. Only after discovering the mistake the following day were we able to move you into the correct condo which was as advertised and had absolutely zero issues, because we prepare all of our properties for our guests flawlessly. Your behavior throughout this process was uncooperative and caused legal complications with the owner of the other unit. We do not recommend these guests for future stays due to their disregard for instructions and the serious consequences of entering the wrong property.
