The host was great, the location is great, a block and a half from the beach and within walking distance to several to restaurants. the vrbo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. A wonderful place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay here, Katrina’s place really exudes the character of OB. Clean, well decorated and spacious for a solo traveler or couple. Location is ideal a block from the beach and a short walk to Newport Ave. Katrina is a great host and you can tell she really cares about her homes and guests. Would highly recommend!

Great location, walking distance to the beach and downtown OB. Comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. Katrina was very responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and safe. Parking was off site but close. Very tight garage and narrow alley but better than finding street parking which is about impossible! Nice getaway spot.

Very whimsical upstairs bungalow close to the beach. Very walkable, safe area. You are in direct flight path for flight takeoffs from SAN, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Ocean Beach is a wonderful area to stay in. The cottage was charming and Katrina was very responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again in a New York minute :-) The only caveat is that Ocean Beach is in the direct flight path of San Diego airport to just be prepared for flights overhead. We were not bothered by this at all but others might be.

Light and bright charming cozy cottage on a quiet street very close to the beach and just blocks from lots of restaurants and shops. Easy communication with the host. Usually able to find parking on the street. If not, there is a garage provided. Check the measurements ahead of time to see if your car fits.

Everything was just as described. You walk out the gate and turn right and there’s the beach. Great place to stay! I will stay again!It was so nice to have garage parking, too.

What a cute place and the location was just perfect. close to the beach and lots of interesting places to see and eat but still in a quiet location to just chill out. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location. Less than 5 minute walk to beach and to community of Ocean Beach. Tons of character-- loved the covered patio. Made it perfect for our family of 3. Very clean. Only issue was some confusion about how to get into garage. Resolved quickly. All other check-in instructions were very clear and detailed.

Great beach location!

Such a convenient short walk to the beach and all the restaurants/shops in OB. Love the decorations and great spot for a couple’s getaway. Very responsive host, too!

This is a great dog friendly space convenient to the beach and has all the amenities you could need. We have stayed at this property a number of times and will definitely return.
