This Vacation home was perfect for our family. It is exactly as it shows on the pictures. We loved that each room had their own bathroom, given everyone privacy.

The house was nice, but it had a roach problem which should have been disclosed, because that was a health issue to one of the older ladies who was with us. One of the chairs at the breakfast bar was broken! Towels in master bathroom were mildewed and did not have a good smell. They weee left in a bag in laundry room due to the smell. The garbage can was left in garage full of garbage and flies were all in the garage. The garage opener on the wall needed to be reconnected and the one used for the car needs a new battery. There was no batteries for remote!The house was beautiful but the cleanliness especially having roaches should have been disclosed.

Regarding the trash, collection is handled by the resort on its designated pickup schedule, which is outside of our control. We understand how unpleasant a full bin can be between collection days, particularly in Florida weather. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the bar stool, towels, garage controls, and remote batteries. These are the kinds of items we want to know about so our team can address them quickly. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable home and responsive service throughout the stay. While we regret that these issues affected your visit, we appreciate that you gave our team the opportunity to respond when they were reported.

In fact, we replied to your message within minutes and immediately sent a staff member to the property to address your concern. The reported “issue at check-in” was a single suitcase left in the driveway next to the trash cans. Our team was dispatched right away, removed the item, and confirmed resolution shortly afterward. We maintain detailed records of every guest communication and service visit, and those records clearly show that our staff responded promptly and professionally. The suggestion that we ignored calls or emails is simply inaccurate. We take guest satisfaction and property standards very seriously. Our team is committed to addressing all concerns quickly and thoroughly, as we did in this case, so future guests can book with confidence knowing that service and responsiveness remain our top priorities.

Family vacation

Listing was accurate. Ammeties in the house and the amenteties around the resort were excelent. House was perfect for our 2 week stay and vacation. The only thing is the pool at the house is extremely small and smaller than it looks online. But the plus to that is you have access to many of the resort pools which were pretty much private to us when we went. Great location.

Drinking around the world!

This stay was for my cousins bday planned last minute. There was 7 of us and we needed a space that felt like home. Super nice, extra clean and looked as advertised. It was perfect and comfortable! I would definitely book this home ago. And has also referred friends who have traveled to Orlando after my stay!

Large Home in Quiet Neighborhood

I rented this home for just my husband and I and it is large! We loved the neighborhood as it was extremely quiet. I enjoyed the upstairs sitting room and my husband hung out watching tv on the main level. We stayed at the house pool everyday and only saw the neighbor once. I walked everyday and loved looking at all the big homes.
