Welcome to Overflow 96!

We have put a lot of love, care, and thought into making this a gorgeous get away for you while visiting Redding, CA! The home is bright, spacious and clean.

You'll be WALKING distance to Bethel and only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants! You can also walk STRAIGHT onto McConnel Foundation for miles of peaceful trails!

Enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking or get movie night going in our large Living Room! We have just added an above ground pool! (Photos to come soon!)

Whether you're here for a conference, a concert, or just exploring our beautiful area, we hope you'll be right at home here!

Clean and spacious home with a great location for us. We floated the lower sac with guides, then did a day trip up to hat creek followed by a trip to the upper sac. Perfect location to jump on the highways and get more time on the water. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make quick breakfasts and a night of grilling. Host was very responsive throughout the process. We'd certainly recommend and stay there in the future!
