Bedrooms include memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, and smart TVs. Accessibility-friendly (no stairs) and pet-welcoming. Perfect for work crews as it includes a 2-car garage and boot cleaner. EV Charger Available for electric cars/Teslas (additional fees apply). A comfortable retreat for work or relaxation!

We came to Redding for a soccer tournament. Plenty of toys and games to keep all of us (10 years old to 74 years old) occupied between games. Lots of seating, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay and will look forward to staying here again for next years tournament!

This is by lightyears, the best valued property we have stayed in through Vrbo! This property is everything it is represented to be, plus much more. Extremely well stocked, clean, and the host is amazing to work with. A local family member was ill, which meant our rental needs changed day to day. We could not have hoped for a more accommodating host. We are still amazed at how our rental choice of this property served our needs so perfectly, thanks to hosts that accommodated us like 'family'.Truly, we could not recommend this property more enthusiastically!!

Great location as well as well appointed

We had family and friends from 5 states gather for 2 memorials. This home was a perfect landing place for us to gather and to reset. The location is a quick trip to stores, restaurants, and both memorial location, and the property is quiet, despite being close to highway 44. The house is a nice size and well appointed with needs for cooking. The master was a perfect refuse for one of out group that has some residual mobility issues after a life-changing accident last year. The benches, the vanity counter in the bathroom, these all made for a much easier stay for her.The owners were very responsive to questions that we had prior to our visit, as well as during our visit. I would highly recommend this place for everyone!

Christmas Trip with pets

We needed a place to stay as we traveled with our dogs to visit my dad's wife & her teenage daughter after he passed recently for Christmas. We wanted to encourage her during this difficult time. The house was awesome! It had plenty of room for us to spread out, the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to cook meals and the smart tv's had all of the streaming services that we needed to watch Christmas movies and shows. I really enjoyed the large bathroom in the master bedroom - the walk-in shower was very spa-like! And the backyard was perfect for our dogs to roam around and do their "business". We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip.
