Central to all the highlights/attractions

My family of 7 stayed here for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. House has been renovated and looked nice (there were still some things that needed to be done but mostly cosmetic fixes). All sites were within 15min (without traffic) from the house. Street/neighborhood was relatively quiet, although it was a busy road.

Nice Accommodations and Conveniently Located

The accommodations were great and matched the description. We had four adults in our party, so everyone got their own bedroom and we had plenty of room. The property was conveniently located for our Guys weekend, as we needed to be able to be close to the airport and the city. We did have a little bit of an issue with the shower handle in the upstairs bathroom, but we were still able to get it to work. That was our only issue.

An okay home in South Philly.

The listing says that is was air conditioning but the owner only had a window unit in one room and in the dinning room. This is what I was told the day before my arrival. Once I had spoken with Vrbo and they had elevated my call twice, the owner fixed the situation and place window units in all the rooms. The house keeper had not cleaned the home properly. Once we arrived we went out t purchase products to thoroughly clean and sanitize the home. There is no parking so be mindful of where you park and read the street signs. The home has a smell so there are millions of plug-ins and air freshener placed all over to mask the smell.

Why they chose this property

Very peaceful clean streets and many stores, shops and food. Within 0.5 miles away from Albert Einstein Hospital. 2 blocks away from Roosevelt Blvd and Broad street. Directly across the street you have an elementary school and surrounded by churches for people who are spiritual. This neighborhood is friendly and safe.

What makes this property unique

COZY, CLEAN, and PEACEFUL inside. Wow just take a look at the photos it's just gorgeous inside. Everything inside is at your fingertips, finish basement, bar flat screen full bathroom and laundry room. First floor is all carefully designed and decorated just for our special guests. Upstairs sits a huge king size California king bed with a touch of brown all around. Other rooms follow with their own unique style. As you approach the front property you will be met with a gorgeous gazebo for sitting and relaxing. The color blue and tan stands out and a great combination that catches your attention with two cement Lions watching over the front entrance for you. Come spend time and experience your best airbnb yet.
