This stylist new home and a mile from downtown Buena Vista. Enjoy a quick bike ride to town or easy walk to the rodeo grounds. Later in the evening enjoy a soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of Mount Princeton! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

As you enter the house you`ll come straight into the main living area with the living room, dining room, laundry room kitchen and the door that walks out to the back patio with the hot tub. There are two rooms on one side of the house with the master on the other side with a large bathroom and closet.

This house DOES NOT have AC. Most homes in Buena Vista and other mountain towns don`t have AC including this one. There are ceiling fans or portable fans at the property for your use to help keep you cool. Please note that opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a ton.

This was a wonderful home for a family vacation with adult children. There was plenty of space, it’s clean and well equipped. The hot tub and sauna are easy to use and a great way to relax. The location is great for hiking and other local activities. We love the view.

Beautiful mountain retreat!

This house was so nice and comfortable to stay in. The location was super convenient for our 4 wheeling weekend trip in town. The spacious layout of the house was perfect for everyone in our group to each have their own room to sleep in comfortably. The house seems very new and is well kept, clean, and the furnishings are very stylish and rustic with a modern flair. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Buena Vista!
