Excellent large and very clean property in a lovely quiet area that gave ample room for the 10 of us (7adults and 3 children). Kids loved the swimming pool and the movie room. Great location for Disney parks. Good communication with owners Charles and Jo with rapid responses to any questions or queries that we had both before and during our visit. Can certainly recommend it and would stay here again should we be fortunate enough to visit Disney World again.

Best of the best

We had a wonderful stay at Mickey’s Sunrise in Formosa Garden. We truly enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi, and the splash pad. The small children’s section in the pool was also perfect for my granddaughter. We never found that in another villa. The villa is very large and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Everything was perfectly arranged down to the last detail. The location is perfect, very close to Disney and the theme parks, and the community feels very safe. The house was also spotless upon arrival. We had an amazing time. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

A superb stay at this villa, it was so perfect in every way.

A superb stay at this villa, it was so perfect in every way. Our whole family especially loved the outside pool area and the children loved the themed bedrooms and cinema room. Charles and Joanne were so prompt with any responses to queries we had and the check-in and check out process was so simple. Would love to come back in the future!

We had an amazing trip and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the hosts were very attentive and accommodating. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and was perfect for small kids and adults as well. We have rented many homes for vacations and this one was probably the best that we have stayed at. If we are ever in need of a home in the Kissimmee area we would definitely book this home again or any Aunger Vacation homes that are available. The digital welcome packet was very helpful. Thanks again Charles and Joanne for helping make our family trip Magical.

Amazing accommodations for large families & all ages!

It was very well maintained & the movie room, video arcade, splash pad, pool, playset, & lego table provided entertainment for all ages! The beds were very comfortable & it was a welcome oasis at the end of a long day at the Disney parks!
