Villa 3 is a 2-story, 4 BR, 3 BR, 2,250 SF house. A large 50' x 20' x 4' deep pool, with 1 foot deep area for lounge chairs or small children, is available for all renters and shared with 3 other houses.
The first floor has an open floor plan with nicely furnished living room and 65' Roku TV, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter top, dish washer and refrigerator. It also has a bedroom with 2 queens, bathroom and deck with nice table and 4 chairs and beautiful Garden City Beach ocean and pool views.
The second floor has a master BR with king bed, adjoining deck with beautiful ocean views, TV and bathroom. Also on the second floor is 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and Jack and Jill bathroom and a small washer/Dryer room.
The beach is a short walk, just cross the street, for direct beach access. The house is less than 1/2 mile north of the Garden City pier, centrally located. Garden City is is in an ideal spot close to Myrtle Beach, outstanding seafood restaurants in Murrells Inlet, over 100 hundred golf courses, water park and great family vacation living. You would not be disappointed.
Guests can park in the driveway under the house they are staying at with limited parking in main driveway.
