Very cute and clean property. My only complaint is how small the bathrooms are. If you had all bedrooms full it would be pretty tight. The property itself was extremely clean and the deck was nice to have. Check in process was with a property mgmt co so it was pretty tedious. Overall a good place to stay though!

Glad the home came across as clean and charming, and that the deck added something to your stay. Thank you for noting where the layout felt tight and for your thoughts on the arrival process. Both have been passed along to our team so we can keep improving. We appreciate the honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
This is a spacious four bedroom condo that’s recently been redone. It’s light, it’s airy. Everything appears to be new! There’s a nice view of a wooded area from the third floor balcony. It’s a close walk to the private beach, although I didn’t check out whether this property actually came with beach passes. Previous property owners have been very stingy with the passes in Incline—meaning you have to drive—and have reservations at Sand Harbor—or drive to Kings Beach to get anywhere near the water. I would stay here again, for sure—but not with folks with mobility issues. It’s three flights of stairs outside with no elevator.

Thank you for such a detailed review. Glad the recent updates came through, and that the light, airy feel and the wooded view from the balcony stood out. We appreciate you flagging the stairs so future guests with mobility considerations can plan, and we'll make sure our team looks at how beach access details are communicated up front. It's great to hear you'd stay again, and we would love to welcome you back.
The property had a new kitchen and new bathrooms which was very nice. It was very clean. The TV was mounted near the ceiling which made viewing difficult and the “couch” in the family room was very cheap and felt like a college dorm futon. The views from the deck were average and the small windows in all of the bedrooms were a bit disappointing both for lack of a view and air flow as there is no air conditioning. Plenty of fans were provided. The incline village beach is private and to access the beach/lake each person in our party had to pay 18/ day, even to attend the live music in the evening. We spent time each day driving to public beaches in other towns. That being said incline village is a walkable, pretty town with drivable access to other beautiful areas. We enjoyed kayaking at sand harbor, hidden beach, east shore trail, emerald bay, eagle lake, sugar pines beach, and the heavenly gondola. Lake Tahoe is absolutely stunning!

Lake Tahoe really is stunning, and it sounds like your group made the most of it — Sand Harbor, Emerald Bay, the East Shore Trail, and the Heavenly gondola make for a full and beautiful week. Glad the updated kitchen and bathrooms landed well and that the home felt clean throughout. Thank you for the candid feedback on the furnishings, room comfort, and airflow; those notes have been passed along to our team, and the beach access details are useful context for us as well. We appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed picture of the stay and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
Great place to stay at in North Lake Tahoe, appreciated all the amenities and location is prime - driving distance near a lot of the Tahoe hot spots on our vacation list. Two of the bathrooms did have showers that had counterintuitive water temperature dialing, if that makes sense (usually the further “on” you turn the faucet, the warmer the water gets, but that wasn’t the case with two of the showers), but that is a very minor hiccup in an otherwise great stay!
