CoastalHideaway is a well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in Beachside Villas - one of Seagrove Beach's most sought-after communities on 30A. With a 2-minute walk to the Gulf, two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and pets welcome, it's an easy choice for families, couples, or groups who want the 30A lifestyle without the fuss.

Step inside and the layout works immediately. The living room is bright and open with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and sliding glass door access to the patio - a good spot for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to cook in. The dining table seats the group comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king bed, private en-suite bath, and a Smart TV. The guest room is set up for families - twin-over-full bunk plus an additional double bed, sleeping four without anyone on the couch. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings the total to eight. Both bathrooms are well-appointed, one with a tub/shower combo and one with a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer are in-unit.

Beachside Villas delivers on community amenities. Two pools - one seasonally heated - plus lighted tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and community grilling areas. The beach access path leads directly to a wide, uncrowded stretch of sand at the end of San Roy Road - approximately a 4-minute walk. Eastern Lake is right there for paddleboarding and kayaking. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just minutes away.

Great place! Very nice with all we needed. Getting to the beach was a pain, however. You could not set up at the closest boardwalk as many of the beaches are “private”. Use the shuttle offered. It was great as was our driver Charlotte.
